A certain parcel of ground designated as Lease Parcel, located in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, containing 0.08 acres (3,600 sq. ft.) being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way Line of La. Hwy 1050 with the southwest property line of Tract 3, thence, along the northerly right-of-way of La. Hwy. 1050 N 25º 11’ 55” W a distance of 139.64 feet to a Point and turn; thence, departing said right-of-way, N 64º 35’ 01” E a distance of 83.36 feet to a Point and turn; thence, N 25º 00’ 50” W a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Thence, N 64º 59’ 10” E a distance of 60.00 feet to a Point and turn;
thence, S 25º 00’ 50” E a distance of 60.00 feet to a Point and turn;
