A certain parcel of ground designated as Tract 3, located in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, containing 2.726 acres (118,728 sq. ft.) being more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way Line of La. Hwy. 1050 with the southwest property line of Tract 3, point also being the Point of Beginning.

Thence, along the northerly right-of-way of La. Hwy 1050 N 25º 11’ 55” W a distance of 272.70 feet to a Point and turn; thence; proceed 86.89 feet along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1049.79 feet, (Chord Bearing of N 29º 04’ 04” W - 86.87) thence, departing said right-of-way, N 89º 21’ 04” E a distance of 521.08 feet to a Point and turn; thence, S 00º 36’ 40” E a distance of 191.40 feet to a Point and turn; thence, S 69º 23’ 20” W a distance of 389.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING

A certain parcel of ground designated as Lease Parcel, located in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, containing 0.08 acres (3,600 sq. ft.) being more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way Line of La. Hwy 1050 with the southwest property line of Tract 3, thence, along the northerly right-of-way of La. Hwy. 1050 N 25º 11’ 55” W a distance of 139.64 feet to a Point and turn; thence, departing said right-of-way, N 64º 35’ 01” E a distance of 83.36 feet to a Point and turn; thence, N 25º 00’ 50” W a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Thence, N 64º 59’ 10” E a distance of 60.00 feet to a Point and turn;

thence, S 25º 00’ 50” E a distance of 60.00 feet to a Point and turn;

thence, S 64º 59’ 10” W a distance of 60.00 feet to a Point and turn;

thence, N 25º 00’ 50” W a distance of 60.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
