Discover the magic of Oneal Isaac, storyteller and actor. The Evangeline Parish Library will welcome Issac Tuesday, February 10, at 6:30 p.m. at the main library. This event, which will be free to the public, is being held in recognition of Black History Month.

Louisiana Theatre Fellow and state roster artist, Isaac was selected as Arts Ambassador by the Greater Baton Rouge arts community and received a special Humanities Award from the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities (LEH) in recognition of extensive work as storyteller with Prime Time Family Reading Time. This LEH family literacy program is now used throughout the United States.

Isaac draws from a vast and unique repertoire of stories such as the thematic character builders of his anti-violence and wisdom programs. He also creates special stories, individually tailored to the needs of the presenter and holiday specialties.
