Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m. the following mentioned and described property in the Parish of St. Helena, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
A certain tract of land, situated in Section 42, T-4-S, R-5-E, St. Helena Parish, Louisiana, described as commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 42, T4S, R5E, thence along gravel road 190’ N 22˚ 27’ W, thence 172’ N 67˚ 22’ E, thence 190’ N 22˚ 27’ W, thence 172’ N 67˚ 22 E to the Point of Beginning of this tract, more fully shown and outlined and marked in “yellow” on a map and survey prepared by Phillip Holland, R.L.S., dtd May 23, 1981, a certified copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Together with a certain mobile home being a 1985 Sunbelt Model 70X14F&R2x2, Serial No. SBHALA3440, 14’ x 70’, which is immovable under the provisions of Louisiana law.
